Thank you for choosing PropTecher, a platform operated by Pyrus Innovations OPC Private Limited. We are committed to delivering exceptional software solutions tailored for luxury real estate developers. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we handle payments and refunds.
1. General Policy
All purchases of PropTecher services, including but not limited to subscriptions, add-ons, and custom services, are governed by this Refund Policy.
By subscribing to or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
2. Subscription Plans
PropTecher operates on a subscription-based model. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as specifically stated in this policy or required by applicable law.
We encourage all users to explore our platform during any free trial period (if offered) before committing to a paid plan.
3. No Refunds on Monthly Plans
Payments made toward monthly subscription plans are non-refundable. Once a month has begun, it will be fully charged, even if the service is canceled part-way through the billing cycle.
4. Annual Subscription Refunds (Prorated)
If you have subscribed to an annual plan and choose to cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of activation, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the subscription.
Refunds requested after 30 days from activation are not eligible under this policy.
5. Custom Solutions & One-Time Services
Payments for custom development, integration work, setup services, or any one-time implementation are non-refundable, once work has commenced.
6. Automatic Renewals and Cancellations
All subscriptions are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
7. Refund Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund in the following cases:

Duplicate payments

Technical issues preventing access to the platform that could not be resolved within a reasonable time

Billing errors
